Hair Docs does not currently offer online booking through this website. Appointments are made by calling us directly at 630-226-6899. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations without notice may result in being asked to prepay for future services.

3. Salon Services

All services are performed by licensed Illinois cosmetologists. Results may vary depending on your hair type, condition, and history. Hair Docs is not responsible for results that differ from expectations due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to prior chemical treatments, undisclosed hair history, or individual hair characteristics.

We encourage clients to communicate openly with their stylist during consultation to ensure the best possible outcome. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days so we can address your concerns.
